Marina

The Cedar Key Village marina is just across the street from the Village on Back Bayou. Home to a private fleet of first-class fishing boats, owners at The Residence Club at Cedar Key Village will be able to walk out the door, step on a boat and head out for a day on the water with no hassles. Fishermen and kayakers will also have the option of being carried directly to the fishing grounds aboard the Club's custom transport boats; thus maximizing your time spent fishing.

A renowned sport fishing destination, Cedar Key boasts championship waters replete with redfish, cobia, trout, tripletail, tarpon, grouper, snapper, and kingfish. In 2001, a world-record 202.5-pound tarpon was caught just south of Cedar Key.

If you prefer to bring your personal boat, the marina staff is available to launch and retrieve your boat, and dry storage is available on the island. Chartered fishing trips and guides can also be arranged.


The Village's fleet will also feature fishing kayaks, including the Hobie® Outfitter with the MirageDrive pedal system.
