Cedar Key Village will be home to a private marina and docks. Owners at The Residence Club at Cedar Key Village will enjoy exclusive, complimentary use of the Village's fleet of 24 new, state-of-the-art saltwater fishing and recreational boats — super skinny flats boats to versatile bay boats to muscular deepwater craft capable of getting to those red snapper and grouper 25 miles out.

The fleet will also feature fishing kayaks, including the Hobie® Outfitter with the MirageDrive pedal system. Fisherman and kayakers will have the option of being carried directly to the fishing grounds aboard the Club's custom transport boats; thus maximizing your time spent fishing.

A renowned sport fishing destination, Cedar Key boasts championship waters replete with redfish, cobia, trout, tripletail, tarpon, grouper, snapper and kingfish. In 2001, a world-record 202.5-pound tarpon was caught just south of Cedar Key.

For owners and guests, the Village will also be able to arrange kayaking tours, fishing excursions with a professional guide, horseback riding, tennis, hunting trips, and other recreational adventures in the area.
