The Cedar Key Village marina — home to the Club's private fleet of first-class fishing boats — will be located just across the street from the Village on Back Bayou. Owners at The Residence Club at Cedar Key Village will be able to walk out the door, step onto a boat and head out for a day on the water with no hassles.

Whether you prefer fly-fishing the Gulf waters for a world-record tarpon, casting a line in the shallows for redfish, or a cocktail cruise with fresh clams at sunset, the marina's dock and boats are available for you to use at your convenience. Even more appealing — the Club handles all the service for the boats so you never have to worry about towing, launching and retrieving, not to mention the maintenance hassles and expenses that tend to steal the enjoyment from a relaxing day on the water. As an owner, you have full and exclusive access to the entire boat fleet of The Residence Club at Cedar Key Village, which will feature:


SHALLOW WATER BOATS

With models from Triton and Sterling — two of the industry leaders — these shallow water boats are excellent for redfish, cobia, tarpon and trout in the shallow waters surrounding Cedar Key. The boats feature high-horsepower engines, baitwells, rod racks, poling platforms and livewells.

OFFSHORE BOATS

These Triton boats are designed to maximize comfort, storage and fishability — whether you're bottom fishing over a wreck, trolling a six-bait spread, or sight fishing for cobia. A variety of models offer high-output engines, baitwells, rod racks, casting platforms, generous cockpits and cutting-edge technologies.

PONTOON BOATS

Perfect for a sunset clam-bake with 16 of your closest friends, a relaxing day on the water with your family, or a romantic getaway in a quiet cove with someone special. These boats feature a luxurious interior, professional sound system, and Triton's innovative third pontoon for remarkable stability, handling and performance.

KAYAKS
The fleet will also feature fishing kayaks, including the two-passenger Hobie® Mirage Tandem - kayaking's first jet boat. Available for Club owners, these kayaks feature a MirageDrive pedaling system for each passenger, a kick-up rudder, on-deck storage and a sturdy hull.


Any time you plan to visit your club, simply contact the concierge and make arrangements to reserve the boat of your choice. Just walk out the door of your residence, down the dock and onto your boat — which is fully gassed and, at your request, stocked with bait, lunch and beverages. You can even request a "captain" to take you on a private tour of the surrounding islands, a professional fishing guide to lead you where the fish are biting, or a sunset clam-bake on the bayou for you and your guests. Although there are no daily usage fees for the boats, owners do pay for gas, bait and any additional services requested. If you prefer to bring your own boat to Cedar Key, the marina staff will be happy to assist you with storage, launch and retrievals, or any other requests.
