Location — Located in the midst
of thousands of acres of federally protected wildlife sanctuaries,
Cedar Key is a secluded island just off Florida's Nature Coast in the
Gulf of Mexico. Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa and Gainesville are all
just a short and scenic drive from the island.
Members' lounge —
You will appreciate the gracious sense of arrival as you are welcomed
by name in the comfortable, well-appointed members-only reception and
lounge area. This relaxing spot will feature a brandy and cigar collection, a billiards room and a private deck.
Private marina & fishing boats
— Located just across the street on Back Bayou, the marina will be home
to
a fleet of private, first-class fishing and recreational boats, equipped
with the latest
technology. Owners simply walk out the door of the Club, step on a boat
and head out for a day at sea - no launching and retrieving hassles,
maintenance worries or any of the other stress that can ruin a great
day of fishing. Club owners will enjoy exclusive and complimentary use
of the
boats, paying only for fuel and bait.
Guided fishing tours and boat captains are available and can be arranged
by your Club concierge. The marina staff is also available
to launch and retrieve your personal boat, and dry storage is available
on the island.
Fitness center — Maintain your fitness regimen with state-of-the-art strength training stations and individual cardio-training equipment.
Tennis courts — Hone your
tennis game on any of the Village's private courts located just over the
bridge on the mainland. Complimentary equipment use is available
to Club owners.
Horseback riding — Explore Florida's scenic wilderness on horseback. Group and private trail rides are available for riders of all levels.
Outdoor swimming pools — An impressive decorative waterfall graces one of the two-rooftop infinity
pools, while
the second is a Pompeian-style natatorium. Both feature sundecks with
lounge chairs and rooftop bars. Club owners can also lounge in
the sun or enjoy dining under the stars at their private owners-only
pool.
Full-service spa — The ultimate
way to unwind, owners and their guests will have privileged access to The
Blue Magnolia Spa, a full-service luxury spa. Indulge in a soothing
massage or revitalize your skin with one of the many available body
treatments.
Golf carts — There's no need to use a car while on the island. Getting around is easy with golf carts,
which are available to Club owners.
Clothing and equipment storage
— As an owner at The Residence Club at Cedar Key Village, you are freed
from the burden of carrying equipment and clothing back and forth to
your residence. Leave your clothing and sports equipment, or other
specialty items, at your Club. They will be stored in a secure,
climate-controlled area, awaiting your next hassle-free vacation. When
you return, your belongings are waiting in your luxurious Club residence.
Pre-arrival grocery shopping service
— At your request and for a service fee, your favorite foods and
beverages will be placed in your residence kitchen just prior to your
arrival.

Restaurants & bars — Cedar
Key Village boasts a gourmet seafood restaurant, a casual-dining
restaurant, a tavern, and a sunset tiki bar with outdoor sand-floor
lounge.
Open-air artists' market — This charming area,
located between the historic buildings of Second Street and the newly
developed hotel, offers a pedestrian market and courtyard. Shops and
day-vendor stalls are set up each morning, enabling you to browse a
variety of artists' wares. You'll also find a movie theatre,
restaurants and bars.
